Kiting on the North Rebel 2011 8m and Whip 5’7
This is a little action sequence from a great day of kiting in PR last week. This was my first time riding the new 2011 Whip in solid surf and let me tell you. . . the board rips! I was amazed at how tight of a turn the board makes even when completely overpowered. Its short outline fits perfectly right in the pocket of the wave and the quad fin design gives you the speed and drive you need to blast around sections or air off the lip.
